Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you aren't entitled to a refund unless we have more than 24 hours notice and can fill the space. We can transfer your booking to another day, again if a minimum of 24 hours is given or you can do this yourself by creating an account on the Log in page to manage your own bookings.
