S.E.N.D Stay & Play
About the session...
Inclusive play is at the heart of Supernova Stay & Play and so we now offer dedicated sessions on the 1st Wednesday of every month to give you the opportunity to meet, interact & chat to other local families whilst your little ones enjoy a quieter, calmer session. The hour long session is £10 per family with complimentary tea, coffee, squash & biscuits. Parents and carers can expect: - reduced capacity to 6 family spaces instead of 12 - coffee machine & hand dryer switched off - quiet background music - ear defenders available on request - extra sensory equipment We feel very strongly about ALL children being included no matter their needs and abilities.
Cancellation Policy
If your little one is poorly & you need to cancel, you aren't entitled to a refund however we can transfer your booking to another day for you if a minimum of 24 hours is given. Please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.
